Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) is known as an energy source and generated by mitochondria which the powerhouse of cell. The ATP supplies through disassociation phosphate group cellular enzymes. extracellular in environment acts a signaling molecule can act anti-inflammatory molecule, promote cancer progression, also pro-inflammatory molecule. degradation major disadvantage ectonucleotidases that attenuates therapeutic property environment. We have formulated chitosan/alginate nanoparticles loaded with for increasing their encapsulation efficiency sustained drug release. This avoid from ectonucleotidases. Nanoparticle characterization DLS, FTIR, SEM, efficiency, cytotoxicity assay XTT Live-dead was monitored synthesized nano ATP. Our results showed ATP-loaded nanoparticle sized about 342 nm optimum 92.03% release profile. These could be used calorie restriction conditions where supplied bypassing oxidative phosphorylation, we circumvent oxidant production during phosphorylation. concept avoiding stress phosphorylation open avenue healthy aging.
